2025 Benefits Open Enrollment - Save the Dates

Oct. 10, 2024

Benefits Open Enrollment Has Ended.

Three steps to prepare for open enrollment

  1. Check your current benefits. It may have been a year or more since you last looked. Visit the University Benefits tile in UAccess (you may need to log in with your NetID) to reorient yourself with your current elections and compare them against your benefits options.

  2. Review recent and upcoming life changes. Do you have additions to your family, upcoming medical needs, life milestones or other factors that might affect which benefits are right for you?

  3. Confirm, add, or update a beneficiary. In the past year, have you gotten married, divorced, had a birth or a death? Please confirm, update or add a beneficiary to your life insurance and supplemental retirement accounts. Learn more about the types of beneficiaries and where you might need to update them on the Human Resources website.

  4. Get individualized financial advice.
Consider scheduling a meeting with one of the ABOR-approved financial providers or a CAPTRUST adviser to assist with your financial planning. This can help inform which benefits are right for you (e.g., how to plan for retirement, how much life insurance you need, or if you would benefit from a flexible spending or health savings account).

Please note: No action is required during this year’s benefits open enrollment unless you want to change your benefits or contribute to a flexible spending account in 2025.
