2023 Background Check Billing Rates

In collaboration with Financial Services, we have completed the annual rate review for background and Motor Vehicle Record checks. New department billing rates will take effect on Feb. 1.
Please share this announcement with others in your college or department who are responsible for conducting or budgeting for background checks.

Any background checks and MVR checks still in progress or unpaid will be billed at the 2022 rate if they were initiated before Feb. 1. Find more information on conducting pre-employment background checks and associated procedures on the Background Checks page.
