The following are important dates and deadlines within the next two weeks:

• MSS FY22 DCC Extensions (Rollover) Requests Available
• MSS FY22 Fiscal Employee Job Data Change Requests Available

May 5, 2021 – Wednesday

• Moratorium on All Discretionary Pay Changes (All employees, including Graduate Assistants/Associates and student workers) - All Discretionary Pay Changes effective in FY21 must have an effective date prior to 5/17/2021 and the transaction must be received in Workforce Systems by 5/5/2021.

May 6, 2021 - Thursday            

• MSS Job Data Change-Terminations/Retirements for 9/12 Pay Plan (Academic Term Effective Date 5/24/2021) Due to Workforce Systems
• Employee deadline to submit 9/12 Pay Plan enrollment or Return to 9/9 Pay Plan forms to their department’s business representative. Late enrollments will not be accepted after the deadline

May 10, 2021 – Monday

• MSS AY22 (Academic) Employee Job Data Change Requests Available
• MSS FY22 Job Data Changes for 9/12 Pay Plan Enrollments and Return to 9/9 Pay Plan due to Workforce Systems (7/1/2021 Effective Date)
• MSS Job Data Change Requests for Provost Approved Performance Base Compensation (PAPBC's) Due to Provost

May 14, 2021 – Friday

• Deadline for approved reorganization/department title/account remapping changes to Office of Budget and Planning
• MSS Exception Requests for Sabbaticals and Leave Without Pay Due to Workforce Systems (Fiscal/Academic)
