Fiscal/Academic Year End Reminders for Pay Period 6/15/2020

The following are important dates and deadlines within the next two weeks.

Ongoing

• MSS Daily Grad NOA and Faculty & Appointed Contracts Pagelet Not Available. Contracts for FY21 are not available for generation.
• Annual discretionary pay change moratorium is in effect May 18, 2020 to June 30, 2020, includes Grad and student workers
• Moratorium on job changes (transfers, promotions, and compensation increases) for all non-student employees remains in effect until July 31, 2020. Waiver from Senior VP required.
• Moratorium on FY20 Perm/Next Year Budget Changes in effect (June 12, 2020 through June 30, 2020)

June 19, 2020 – Friday

• Final Approvals for UAccess Financial Account Extensions FY20 – Due
• FY20 Temp/Current Year RBCs Due to Office of Budget and Planning

June 26, 2020 – Friday

• MSS Position Distribution Requests must be approved for FY20
• College Approvers Remove, Deny or Withdraw Contracts Not Accepted For FY20 & AY20 - Due
